The Davenport Hotel, Dublin (O’Callaghan Collection) is now preventing 79 tonnes of CO₂ from entering our atmosphere each year.
Through a comprehensive energy assessment and optimisation process, their project identified and implemented a range of energy-saving measures, including improvement to building controls, heating and cooling systems, ventilation, lighting and operational energy management practices. This was achieved through implementing SEAI’s EXEED Certified Energy Efficient Design approach. The team (pictured) received the EXEED Certification from SEAI in May 2026. Congratulations, team!
